Archetypes
Archetypes are used in Persona, especially to define the brand and in generating the first level of correlation to a travel persona. Archetypes are predominant in Traitify's assessments of travelers. Travelsify uses moods, which are closer to Persona matchwords and travel personas. Travelers may find properties by choosing the moods. Persona offers freedom and flexibility, allowing travel to choose what is natural to them, using psychology and branding to create the correlations.
Archetypes

The Travel Persona derives some of its characteristics from the archetypes but it is distinctive and conditioned by words that are travel-related. In Sally Hogshead's archetypes there are several variants of Connoisseur - like the Avant Garde and the Blue Chip. In PersonaHolidays any archetype, from the Artisan to the Scholar, could be a Connoisseur. PersonaHolidays takes cues from travels' interactions to build their true persona. Hotels are classified using the Sally Hogshead Brand assessment in addition to the Travel Persona assessment. The databases of the two are constantly evaluated for correlation, to fine tune the initial classification.
Traitify uses an archetype analysis as their personas. Travel must complete a test. The personas are fixed and can't be amended as in the RealHolidays Persona example. Travelsify allows users to choose words without displaying any persona.
